1. What is allowed and what isn’t?
   • Allowed: All legal services are welcome.
   • Not Allowed: Adult content, spam, phishing, hacking, DDoS attacks, public proxies, mining, port scanning, TOR, and public tracker torrents.
2. What kind of support is provided?
   • Layer provides unmanaged services. Support is limited to network and access-related queries.
3. Are these services activated immediately?
   • First orders will go through fraud checks. Repeat customers have automatic provisioning.
4. Why are some IPs geolocated to Dubai?
   • Some geo-IP databases haven’t updated the location information yet. You can verify the service location using a trace route.
5. Are there port limitations or restrictions on mailing?
   • Port 25 (mailing) is blocked by default. However, firewall rules can be configured for well-known mail relays.
6. Why was my order rejected?
   • Orders will only be rejected for fake information or use of a VPN. Ensure the details are accurate and match your sign-up IP.
7. Are the resources dedicated to me?
   • Resources are provided on a fair share basis, not dedicated.
8. Can you help me upload an ISO?
   • Yes, simply open a support ticket and provide the details.
9. Are Windows Servers allowed?
   • Currently, Windows is not supported on their platform.
10. Can I set my own rDNS?
    • Yes, rDNS can be set automatically in the VirtFusion control panel.
11. Can you announce my IPs?
    • Yes, contact support to announce your IPs.
